Nikki came from Auckland, NZ in 2008 with her horse in tow! She qualified as a veterinary nurse and worked in NZ before jumping the ditch for more adventure. She has been nursing since 2002, working in small animal practices, and gaining specific experience in birds and exotic pets. She has always enjoyed surgery and emergency medicine on the floor. Here at Beenleigh, she manages our nursing team and she’s also our go-to for wildlife and exotics advice and care. She shares her house with her partner, two horses, a kelpie (who is training at 3 sheep trials) a staffy and seven pythons!

Felicia graduated from the University of Queensland in 2010 with a Bachelor of Applied Science, majoring in Veterinary Technology. She has experience in both small animal and equine nursing. She enjoys all aspects of nursing but in particular anything that involves French Bulldog puppies! She has a passion for travel and with this has been lucky enough to work as a veterinary nurse in London. Felicia cares for a spoilt Maremma called Mia and a cheeky horse called Ruffie.

Kelly Irving

Reproduction Coordinator
Kelly has been a Veterinary Nurse for the past 19 years and is passionate about canine reproduction and responsible breeding. Kelly is the Reproduction Coordinator at Beenleigh. She is Camelot Farms SPS Accredited (canine semen freezing and inseminating) and ensures that we provide both exceptional service and results. In her spare time, Kelly is kept busy with her daughter, her Greyhound Benji, Golden Retriever Buddy and cat Thalia.

Rebecca graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor in Applied Science (Veterinary Technology) and Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (specialising in equine nursing) in 2015. She has a particular interest in surgery and customer service. She has a boisterous Kelpie named Violet, a Bull Arab named Coco (who believes she’s a lap dog), and two lively cats – Tilly and Sully.

Alex Jarrett

Alex is in the final stages of her certificate IV in veterinary nursing. She grew up in central Queensland and made the big move south to Brisbane to pursue her dream career. Alex has been in the industry for 2 years with most of her time being with us at Beenleigh. She has three chihuahua furbabies; Lucky, Annie (in photo) and Angel. Alex also fosters dogs full time for Chihuahua Rescue Queensland; a non-profit organisation who rescue and rehabilitate chihuahuas and other small breeds. Round here she is known as the crazy chihuahua lady!

Paige Roberts

Paige completed her Certificate II in Veterinary Nursing during high school, and is now studying towards gaining her certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing. She enjoys all aspects of nursing from surgery to consulting and particularly loves being able to help rescues. She has two dogs, two cats and a guinea pig to keep her busy at home.

Kaitlyn Clevenger

Kaitlyn is a qualified veterinary nurse who started nursing in general practice in 2010. She particularly enjoys medical nursing as well as surgical nursing. At home, Kaitlyn and her husband share their house with two forty kilo lap dogs named Brock and Sophie. She also has a passion for equestrian sport and can be found in the saddle on most weekends!

Dr Beth graduated from the University of QLD with 1st class honours in 2011. She went on to do an internship at the University of QLD Hospital then stayed on to become the early morning emergency Veterinarian. Her and her now husband Hugo Murrell (who you will see (running around?) at Woodridge Vet Clinic) went travelling and holidaying around London for two years, servicing all types of areas, including working at the Queens Vet Clinic! They have settled back down into Brisbane with their two cats Charlie and Oscar and they look forward to being able to meet and help you and your furry loved ones.

Dr Sam has wanted to be a veterinarian since she was 4 years old. Growing up on a sheep and cattle property, she has always had a passion for animals. Sam graduated from the University of Queensland and she has a specialist interest in internal medicine. Outside of work she enjoys reading, going to the beach and catching up with her family. She has a cat called Pippin who is very lazy.

>Dr Emma graduated from Massey University in 2005. She worked in a mixed animal practice in New Zealand when she first graduated, then later started focusing more on small animals. She moved to Brisbane in 2008 and has been practicing in the area since then. She has always wanted to be a vet. She has two small cute dogs called Harry and Jimmy-Ringo who she adopted when they needed homes at her previous practice.
